From blocking her teeth with her hand to smiling confidently and being told how great she looks—Elvira truly appreciates the new, bright smile she has been given. She was really taken by how detail-oriented Dr. Lepore was and how he helped her understand all of the intricate information regarding her procedures.

Veneers

This great patient presented with short, worn and discolored teeth with uneven gum levels.
The patient’s goal was to have a healthy mouth, a bright smile, and a comfortable bite that exuded harmony and symmetry.
To have this come to fruition, I created a custom smile design with my laboratory with a more youthful, brighter and warm appearance.
I worked in tandem with my periodontist (gum & bone specialist) colleague to even out gum levels and utilized porcelain ceramic veneers to add length and brightness. I utilized six ceramic veneers in combination with other ceramic crowns not pictured to complete her dream smile.

This male patient (who requested to leave his face out of pictures) presented with cracked, chipped and worn upper front teeth.
The patient’s goal was to have “stronger and better looking teeth” he didn’t worry about breaking but wanted “them to match” the other teeth “naturally. This patient did not desire it.
To have this become a reality, I created a custom smile design with my laboratory with a more harmonious proportionate smile that mirrored his current tooth color but was per the patient, “just a hair lighter”.
I utilized eight ceramic veneers to execute the results.

This patient presented looking for a second opinion when it came to how to “rebuild my smile.” She was not happy with the lack of confidence displayed by the previous dentist when going over her options.
The patient’s goal was to be able to smile again with confidence. After going through multiple options, this patient chose a functional full mouth smile makeover.
