Mikayla
Treatment Coordinator
Mikayla is originally from Dallas, Texas, and grew up as one of five sisters. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and quickly found her way into the orthodontic field after graduating. Upon moving to Florida, she discovered a deeper passion for dentistry and expanded her career in patient care.
As a treatment coordinator, Mikayla is committed to creating a welcoming experience for every patient. She enjoys building genuine connections, guiding individuals through their treatment plans, and advocating for their oral health goals. Her dedication to personalized care ensures each patient feels supported, informed, and valued throughout their dental journey.
Outside of the office, Mikayla loves exploring new restaurants, traveling, fitness studio classes, and meeting new people. On the weekends, you can often find her at Madeira Beach or enjoying the energy of downtown St. Pete.
Courtney
Patient Care Coordinator
Courtney is a Florida native who grew up with her older sister and younger brother and brings four years of experience in the dental field to Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry. She is deeply passionate about patient advocacy and plays an integral role in helping patients stay on track with their routine dental care.
A consummate team player, Courtney is a perfect complement to the front office team, consistently supporting both patients and coworkers with professionalism and care. Outside the office, Courtney enjoys spending time at theme parks—especially Busch Gardens—with her family. She recently moved to Dunedin with her boyfriend and their dog, Milo, and is excitedly preparing to welcome their son, Asher.
Jessica
Hygienist, Lead Oral-Systemic Specialist
Jessica has been a valued member of Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry since 2017 and brings an exceptional level of expertise and passion to her role. She is a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist with advanced certification in local anesthesia administration. In 2015, she was selected as one of only twelve hygienists nationwide to serve on the Colgate Oral Health Advisory Board, gaining insight into cutting-edge technologies and innovations in oral care.
Jessica has contributed to RDH Magazine and serves on the Editorial Board for Dental Product Shopper Magazine, as well as the St. Petersburg College Dental Hygiene Advisory Board, helping shape the future of the profession. Her approach blends evidence-based care with genuine compassion and a strong focus on whole-body wellness.
Outside the office, Jessica enjoys boating, exploring the outdoors, and making memories with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
Emily
Hygienist
Emily became a dental hygienist with the goal of creating a positive, comfortable dental experience for every patient. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Tampa and completed her dental hygiene training at Hillsborough Community College, graduating as a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist as top in her class.
Emily is passionate about individualized care and believes each patient deserves a tailored approach that supports both oral and overall health. She values building meaningful relationships and empowering patients with the tools, education, and motivation needed to improve their long-term wellness. Emily has been a valued member of Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry since 2023 and remains committed to continuing education, staying current with clinical research, and exploring innovative products.
Outside the office, Emily enjoys discovering new restaurants, supporting local businesses, and focusing on personal wellness. She lives in Tampa with her cat, Fiona, and is always happy to share local recommendations.
Lindsay
Hygienist & Dental Assistant
Lindsay has been a valued member of Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry since 2022. She is dual-certified as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and Certified Registered Dental Hygienist, with advanced certification in local anesthesia administration. With experience in dentistry since 2019, Lindsay brings a well-rounded understanding of both preventive and restorative care.
She especially enjoys working alongside Dr. Lepore on complex restorative cases and takes pride in educating patients on their treatment needs and recommended procedures. Her calm, reassuring approach helps patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visit.
Originally from Athens, Georgia (Go Dawgs!), Lindsay relocated to Clearwater in 2022. She is the middle of three sisters and enjoys spending time with family. Outside the office, she loves exploring downtown Dunedin, relaxing by the pool, shopping, crafting, and decorating, often alongside her calico cat, Callie.
Kerry
Hygienist & Dental Assistant
Kerry has been a dedicated dental assistant since 2011 and brings over a decade of experience, along with a genuine passion for cosmetic dentistry, to every patient she works with. A Tampa native and former Tampa Bay Storm cheerleader, she is known as the energy and fun of the office—bringing enthusiasm, positivity, and a playful spirit that helps both patients and teammates feel at ease. Kerry has been a valued member of Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry since 2024 and loves being part of a practice where the team feels more like family.
Recently, Kerry moved to St. Petersburg with her boyfriend, Ryan, to be closer to the community she enjoys serving. Family is especially important to her, particularly her four-year-old nephew. Outside the office, she enjoys yoga, concerts, traveling, and catching sunsets at Picnic Island.
