This is a great alternative for those frustrated with market-based insurance with limited dental allowances. With our standard plan there are no exclusions, limitations, denials, or waiting periods. What that means for you: things that aren’t normally covered by insurance are included in our plan, even elective and cosmetic procedures. Whether your needs are minimal or extensive, there’s no annual maximum. This allows our team of dental professionals to provide you with optimal care.

These plans are considered subscriptions that are renewed on an annual basis.
Our dental plans will only be available to patients lacking current dental coverage. These plans should never be considered a replacement for dental insurance. They are a way to make future dental treatment more affordable to patients by requiring a yearly membership fee instead of requiring payment at the time of provided treatment. Our dental plans are a direct agreement between our practice and the patient. For the patient to receive the benefits included in the dental plan, they must be current and have met the financial obligations as laid out in the plan.
The benefits laid out in the terms of said dental plan cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Payment for additional services or treatments not included in the subscribed plan will be due at the time of treatment. The dental plan will only cover procedures performed at our practice.
Our membership plans last a full calendar year (12 months) from the date you sign up (considered your effective start date). Unless specified by the patient, the plan will be automatically renewed every year. The patient can cancel auto-renewal by contacting our office directly. All refund requests are completed at the discretion of our practice.
